Imerys Graduates Program

Designed to enlarge our talent pools to prepare tomorrow’s managers, the Imerys Graduates Program is aimed at graduates from many disciplines, from entry-level up to 3 years of experience. Upon selection Graduates will be offered positions either in Asia, Europe, North or South America. 

The Imerys Graduates Program is an enhanced career development program designed to recruit performing Graduates with the potential to progress across a broad range of roles. We aim to cultivate upcoming talents through two rotations of 12 months each across different Divisions including learning, mentoring, and graduate community support.

Imerys Learning Center

The Imerys Learning Center has been designed to provide continuous training to our employees, and is accessible by our internal learning platform, IM – Pulse. Offered training courses have different formats (blended learning, in class training, seminars) and cover a wide number of skills from Geology and Mining, to Project Management, Managing & Developing your people, Finance Fundamentals...

Learning at Ceramics never stops! The Ceramics Academy has been built in order to channel the accumulated expertise and know-how of our internal experts, while training and developing our team.

The main axes of training developed so far concern Sales and Operational Excellence, and consist of two robust training paths, which are formed by several modules each, which takes the employee from a basic knowledge to a higher level, through e-learning, in class training, practical workshops.

The Sales module tackles essential Ceramics processes and more precisely: raw materials, Imerys production processes, troubleshooting and technical support and partnership with clients, which are complimented by site visits, as well as a tour of one of our clients facilities, to observe production.

The Operational Excellence module is carried out entirely on one of our Imerys Ceramics sites, and its goal is to create a common operational excellence culture within Imerys. Topics of the training verge from 5S to 6 Sigma and management rituals, and are combined with on-site, real life scenarios.
