high-pressure wet extraction into classical extraction and processing of the kaolinic matrix in a central washing plant. It allows the company to have greater control of variable costs and reduce the impact of energy price increases. It also reinforces Imerys' commitment to ensuring Cornwall remains an essential element of its global kaolin production portfolio.
